College Basketball Cartoons Featuring Jimmer Fredette

College basketball season has begun and this week Sports Illustrated will feature some cartoon collaborations between SI’s Luke Winn and DC Comics. Including this one of upstate New York’s favorite son, Jimmer Fredette. BYU is currently 1-0, unranked by ESPN/USA Today and ranked #23 by the Associated Press.

My brother claims that back when Jimmer was in high school he predicted that he would lead the nation in scoring as a Senior. Last year he finished 12th in the nation in scoring with 21.7 per game. He scored 24 in the season opener last Friday. I fully expect Jimmer to hang 50 on Vermont when BYU plays on his home court December 8th in Glens Falls.
