Calvin Johnson Made a Ridiculous Catch Right on the Goal Line, Ruled Not a TD

Calvin Johnson repeatedly finds himself in key plays near the goal line that result in non-touchdowns. Here he is making a catch on a complete jump ball right on the goal line, then coming down. This was ruled a non-touchdown, and then the Detroit Lions could not score from there.
If he had possession right away and then did not lose it, then it’s a touchdown from that angle. When he came down, yes, the ball was no longer crossing the white line.
