EJ Manuel to Buffalo? There’s your first huge shocker of the first round. The Bills traded out of the 8th spot, need a QB, but everyone figured new coach Doug Marrone, who was at Syracuse last year, would select his college QB, Ryan Nassib.

Nope. Marrone shocked everyone by picking FSU’s EJ Manuel, who looks like a linebacker and has a propensity for coming up small in big games. That being said, he’s mobile and big, and has a massive arm, and paired with CJ Spiller, could do some big things in Buffalo.
