Jessica Springsteen is a recent Duke graduate and a full-time, apparently successful, show jumper. Her boyfriend, Nicolas Roldan, was once described by the New York Daily News as the “hunky captain of Prince Harry’s polo team.” He also once taught polo to the Kardashian sisters. In that same interview, he said he was attracted to “Someone who’s independent, fun, easy-going, intelligent and, it goes without saying, attractive.”
