This means that despite Johnny Manziel coming into replace Brian Hoyer during a still-competitive football game last week, it won’t be Johnny Time just yet. It’s hard to see them going to Manziel this year if they are not going to at this moment, unless it’s after the team has been officially eliminated from playoff contention.
