Andrew Wiggins tried to dunk on Miami’s Hassan Whiteside. And it was on a night that Whiteside finished with a triple-double that included 10 blocked shots.

It was pretty epic.

Wiggins got really high. Whiteside also got quite high. Whiteside now leads the NBA in blocks with 4.6 per game. He’s blocked 15 more shots than Serge Ibaka in one fewer game. This is the new guy you want to dunk on. The Heat and T-Wolves should continue to play each other until Wiggins gets him. I think that’s a reasonable request.

The Timberwolves, who only win on the road, beat the Heat, 103-91 and Wiggins led all scorers with 24 points. Zach LaVine added 17 off the bench, and Karl-Anthony Towns had another double double (14-14).
