Alan Faneca, Former NFL Lineman, Dropped 100 Pounds, Ran a Marathon

Alan Faneca ran the New Orleans Rock & Roll Marathon on Super Bowl Sunday. As you can see, the former NFL offensive lineman has dropped a few pounds since his playing days. Faneca, who spent 10 years with the Steelers, two with the Jets and one with the Cardinals, was a 9-time Pro Bowler / All-Pro and listed in the 315-320-pound range in his playing days. After retirement, he changed his diet and dropped 100 pounds. Now he’s running marathons.
