Upskirt Shot: Texas A&M University Kingsville AD Resigns After Arrest For Allegedly Filming a 14-Year-Old Girl

Texas A&M University-Kingsville athletic director Brian DeAngelis resigned Wednesday after being arrested for allegedly filming up a 14-year-old girl’s dress in a San Antonio grocery store last Sunday. He was caught after he ran into a police officer while fleeing from the store.

According to a police report, a San Antonio officer was sent about 2 p.m. to the store for an unrelated call when he saw a man running out.
As the officer questioned the man, DeAngelis, a woman ran up and claimed he had taken inappropriate pictures of her 14-year-old daughter. The woman said DeAngelis stuck his leg under her daughter’s dress and the woman noticed a camera attached to his shoe.

The police officer found a video of “a woman’s dress and later her undergarments” on DeAngelis’ phone. DeAngelis was hired in July after serving as an interim and assistant AD at Texas A&M Corpus Christi.
