Warren Sapp Returning to NFL Network For Another Year
NFL Network Executive Producer Eric Weinberg told Michael Hiestand of USA Today that the network had picked up an option on Warren Sapp and that he will be returning for another season. Two months ago, Sapp implied that Jeremy Shockey was the Bounty snitch, getting into some hot water. In the aftermath, the NFL Network decided not to fire him, but Greg Bedard reported that Sapp was likely out at NFL Network once his contract expired in August.
Since then, we’ve also learned that Sapp was broke and had filed for bankruptcy. The outspoken Sapp continues to be a lightning rod for controversy, as he also has a book entitled “Sapp Attack” coming out where he throws jabs at several former colleagues. The most notable is in the direction of former quarterback Trent Dilfer, who now works as an analyst for competitor ESPN. ““Dilfer … basically was an interception waiting to happen. There were times we practically pleaded with him, ‘We know you’re not going to score a touchdown, but please, just don’t turn it over.”
Sapp is testament that the only bad publicity is no publicity. He’ll return for yet another year, after an offseason of bad press, to continue to drive the conversation as part of the NFL Network crew.

it wasn’t bath salts that made the florida face eater crazy, it was watching the insanity in Irvin’s eyes in the GIF loop over and over and over…

So can someone tell me why when you Google Image Hayden Panettiere, one of the results is of what appears to be her crying and with a ghastly gash of some type on her upper right torso just below the shoulder? The picture has absolutely no explanation attached to it.

But he was speaking the truth.

If I get caught looking at this site enough times, I can get canned. Yet Warren Sapp can slander someone, have no marketable skills whatsoever, and continue to draw a paycheck. Unreal.

yeah, but no one has the skill set to slander quite like Sapp, so he’s paid extremely well with a cushy TV job.

That’s probably it, but the framing and filter on the picture make it look it’s not on a movie set. Just very odd to see out of context.

That’s a terrible decision. They shouldn’t have renewed his contract.
