Tim Tebow Requested That a Picture With “Rock of Ages” Broadway Musical Cast Be Taken Down
According to TMZ.com, Tim Tebow posed for a picture with some scantily clad cast members of the Broadway musical “Rock of Ages” last night, but requested that the picture be taken down when it was posted to one of the member’s Twitter account. Cast member Neka Zang also posted a picture of the cast “Tebowing” to her Twitter account.
According to TMZ, Ms. Zang also posted the above picture, and then sent out a tweet (also since deleted), saying “Well, Due to Tebow’s “image” I was asked to remove the pic of him with us half dressed ladies. He does know we arn’t real strippers right?”
This is obviously a bigger story than it would have been had it just been ignored by Tebow. There really isn’t anything that scandalous about that picture. I guess Tebow doesn’t want people to know he likes to attend a Broadway show featuring glam rock and hair metal, including the stylings of Twisted Sister and Poison.

Save it, Charles Pierce-clone. The media has more to do with his overexpsure than he does. No one makes nearly the big deal out of most athletes overt religiosity.

Media is partly to blame but Tebow has never asked for less coverage or for the hype to die down. He is not absolved of blame. He gets more attention than is deserved for a player with his statistics and W/L record. John skelton had a similar record as Tebow but got none of the attention because he doesn’t seek out the attention and he doesnt have people who fawn over him for nonfootball reasons. Heck, im a religious person but Tebow’s false naivete is ridiculous

I’m assuming this picture was “too gay” for Tebow.
