Tyrann Mathieu “Honey Badgers” Georgia on a Punt Return
All, College Football, Video December 3rd. 2011, 7:02pm
Go ahead. Give Andrew Luck the Heisman. Honey Badger don’t care. He just takes it. Tyrann Mathieu is the baddest man on that field, on any collegiate field. As of this writing, LSU is up 21-10 and rolling …
[UPDATE: Final - LSU 42, Georgia 10.]
Mathieu also did this:

- Geno Smith Signed With Jay-Z’s Roc Nation Sports
- Michael Crabtree Has a Torn Achilles, And He Could Miss the 2013 Season

Verne still doesn’t think LSU has enough first downs.

I wonder if this is Isaiah Crowell’s last game as a Dawg.

Wasn’t the worst idea I ever saw. Bama vs Oregon would be a good matchup. The winner of that could possibly beat Okie St the following week.

Honestly, Luck has been good, but Mathieu has been key in games for LSU and LSU is playing for it all.

Playing for a title doesn’t mean shit with the Heisman. Well, it shouldn’t. Should someone who got suspended for violating a team policy be eligible for an award?

The Mathieu-Chuck Woodson/Luck-Peyton Manning parallels are interesting. But there are more viable candidates this year than that year, that was a 2-horse race.
I think Mathieu dropped out of the conversation for too long following his suspension. He also wasnt a big factor in the Bama game, Reid and Mo Claiborne made the plays that night.

I don’t believe it’s fair to exclude Arkansas State, and I won’t budge from that position.
