Sophie Cunningham has a new podcast. The Indiana Fever star has teamed up with basketball trainer Drew Hanlen to launch the “No Hesitation” podcast. “No Hesitation” will be hosted on Colin Cowherd’s The Volume podcast network.
Cunningham previously co-hosted “Show Me Something” with her longtime friend West Wilson, a reality television star who works at Complex, for a year on the same network. That show suddenly ended over the summer. People recently started to wonder if the show would return and now we know. “No Hesitation” has taken over the previous podcast’s feeds on all streaming platforms.
According to Front Office Sports, the new show has been in the works “for months.” The goal with the new show is to be more basketball-focused.

Cunningham and West, who was on the Bravo show “Summer House,” went to high school together. They launched the “Show Me Something” podcast on July 30, 2025. The final episode of the podcast was posted on July 1, 2026. That was right before Cunningham’s comments on trans people launched her into the middle of the culture wars.
It certainly seemed like Cunningham would steer into that as that all went down. Coincidentally, right after Chuck Klosterman predicted she would become vice president of the United States. The pivot to a basketball podcast seems to indicate otherwise, but still, what a summer.

The first episode of ‘No Hesitation’
Cunningham and Hanlen do not address the defunct show, but they do reveal that she texted him for help with her jump shot after she started the season shooting 26 percent from three. Whatever they did worked because Cunningham now has the third-best 3-point percentage in the entire league.
According to the show description they also discuss Caitlin Clark, Olivia Miles and what Cunningham would do it she were commissioner. The show will publish every Thursday.
Locking in for the playoffs?

The Fever are 26-14 with four games remaining when teams return to the court after the FIBA World Cup break. They have the same record as the Atlanta Dream and are three games out of second place and two games up on the New York Liberty, Washington Mystics and Dallas Wings. The eight playoff teams are set, but there could be a lot of movement in the standings in the final week of the regular season.
If the Fever are going to make a run in the postseason, Cunningham could be a big reason. Clark, Kelsey Mitchell and Aliyah Boston will obviously lead the way, but Cunningham provides scoring and toughness off the bench. Maybe more importantly, her new podcast won’t cause any distractions.
