Tom Brady and Gisele Sold Their Moated L.A. Mansion to Dr. Dre for $40 Million

Tom Brady and Gisele bought a home/property in 2008 for $11 million. They then spent 20-months turning that into a two-wing, 8-bedroom house with a 6-car garage, lagoon-shaped swimming pool and a bunch of other stuff. Earlier this year, they decided to sell the house. (Sorry Raiders’ fans.) The original TMZ report said they were selling the house for $50 million which means that Dr. Dre got a HUGE discount when he apparently paid $40 million to purchase the palatial Hollywood estate. The first thing Dr. Dre will likely do is put more weights in the weight room. [via LA Times]
