Steeplechase Runner Falls Head-First Into Water, Finishes Last

Rolanda Bell, a 27-year old Panamanian, experienced a Track & Field Fail during the 3000m steeplechase at the World Athletics Championships in Beijing on Monday. Bell didn’t quite have the energy to clear the obstacle and tumbled head-first into the water. Bell finished last, but was OK. Apparently, no HD video of the fall exists, but the pictures of the fall are pretty amazing.
