Rex Ryan has a foot fetish, which is old news, but here’s what’s cool about it: Apparently Jets coaches can joke with Ryan about it. In an excerpt from an upcoming book about the team – Collision Low Crossers, on sale Tuesday – the author writes about the time someone sent Ryan an autographed photograph of 1980s (and 90s? Come on, you loved her on Melrose Place!) pinup Heather Locklear.
