Kevin Harlan Apologized for Saying Erin Andrews Was 'Drama Queenish' in Sherman Interview

Last week, Jeff Pearlman and Kevin Harlan were castigating Erin Andrews for the way she handled her interview with Richard Sherman, and now they’ve both apologized. Pearlman’s mea culpa came on his blog earlier this week while Harlan retracted his earlier “drama queenish” accusation on Houston’s SportsRadio 610.
“Erin is a pro and I should have given more thought to the situation that she was in, which was incredibly uncomfortable,” the play-by-play man told the station, via CBS Houston reporter Will Grubb. “What people don’t realize is that she’s got people talking in her ear, the director and people in the truck and there’s just a lot going on.”
“I was incredibly unfair with what I said and I wish I would have thought more,” Harlan continued. ”I shouldn’t have said what I said. It was wrong.”
