Kate Upton will grace the cover of the 2013 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue. SI has obviously decided that if it is not broken, keep putting Kate Upton on the cover of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue. My only question – Why isn’t she wearing pants?
