J.J. Watt, the NFL’s reigning defensive player of the year, made an appearance at an Astros game on Friday where he threw out the first pitch. Before the game, the hulking Watt, who is 6-foot-5 and 295 pounds, stepped into the batting cage and put on an impressive hitting display. According to James Palmer of Comcast Sportsnet Houston, Watt clubbed five home runs, including three in a row.

Watt played baseball until his sophomore year of high school before deciding to focus on football.
