Brock Lesnar went through the ESPN spin cycle on Tuesday. We’ve already discussed his saying that Vince McMahon is a better fight promoter than Dana White. Also in a SportsCenter hit — around the 5-minute mark above — Lesnar was asked about Ronda Rousey.
"“She’s a super athlete in a weak division,” he said. “I think she’s a man amongst women in the women’s division. I take my hat off to her. She’s doing an excellent job at what she’s doing. I don’t know how she’s juggling everything — movies and this, that, and the other thing. … I’m not taking any talent away from her at all. She’s a super beast — super freak — in the women’s division.”"
Lesnar certainly wasn’t intending to be insulting with his comments — he’s a little bit uncomfortable in these interview settings, and it’s likely that he slightly misspoke — but, as Cageside Seats noted, they might be perceived in a negative light.
