Bernie Kosar Told Police During His DUI He Couldn't Stand as His Offensive Line Couldn't Block

Bernie Kosar, the Cleveland Browns great, was arrested for DUI over the weekend in Ohio, and the police report has been made public. The details are ugly. The arresting officer asked Kosar for his license – the former QB handed him two credit cards. The arresting officer asked Kosar to recite the alphabet starting at E and ending at W, and Kosar said, “E, F, G, P, L, M, N, O, Q …”

The best (worst?) part of this? The officer asked him if he had any problems that would prevent him from standing on one leg or perform a walk-and-turn. Kosar: “I had a lot of surgeries on my knees and ankles because my line couldn’t block.”

Here’s the entire police report.
