Minnesota head coach P.J. Fleck was fired up following his team’s 20-14 win over Michigan on Saturday.
After the final whistle, he spoke to Fox Sports’ Jenny Taft and delivered a hilarious quote.
“I couldn’t be prouder,” Fleck said. “Besides my marriage, my kids being born, this might be the best day of my life.”
Once he got just outside of the locker room, he pretended to drink from the Little Brown Jug, the trophy awarded to the winner of the Michigan-Minnesota game. He poured a bunch of water on himself before running into the locker room and crowd-surfing while his players went nuts.

This is how much the victory means to the Golden Gophers, as it was the program’s first home win against Michigan since 1977. The Wolverines led 14-7 at halftime but were outscored 13-0 in the second half.
