Ohio State and Texas played a memorable game on Sept. 12.
The Buckeyes were in firm control through three quarters, taking a 23-3 lead into the final frame. However, the Longhorns came alive in the fourth, scoring 21 unanswered points to win 24-23.

Texas quarterback Arch Manning led the comeback, finishing with 195 yards through the air, one touchdown and one interception. He also rushed for 24 yards.
It’s been two weeks since the game ended, and Ohio State fans want everyone to know how they feel about Manning. They chanted “overrated” about him during Saturday’s edition of Big Noon Kickoff.

The loss dropped Ohio State’s record to 1-1 at the time, while Texas improved to 2-0.
Could a rematch be on the horizon?
Given how great both teams are, there’s a decent chance they’ll meet again in the College Football Playoff. They’re popular picks to win their respective conferences at year’s end.
If they do play again, it would be their fourth meeting in the last three seasons. They faced off two years ago in the College Football Playoff semifinals, and Ohio State won 28-14.
Ohio State won the matchup in Columbus last season 14-7 before Texas struck back in Austin earlier this year. A rematch in this year’s CFP would be a ratings monster for ESPN.
In the meantime, Ohio State hosts Illinois on Saturday, while Texas plays at Tennessee. Both games will start at noon ET.
