Transfer portal chaos has already begun in college football. One of the biggest names in the portal this season was former TCU Horned Frogs quarterback Josh Hoover.
Hoover finished his junior season with the Horned Frogs, throwing 29 touchdowns and 13 interceptions, which was the most in the Big 12.
Still, Hoover was a big name looking for a new home, and according to college football writer Pete Thamel, he has found that new home.

The senior ESPN college football writer is reporting that the former TCU star has committed to play for the Indiana Hoosiers.
This is major news for the Hooisers, who are still on their quest to win the national championship. Everyone is of the belief that Hoosiers star Fernando Mendoza will declare for the NFL Draft when the season officially ends. It seems Hoover is of that belief as well.
What a year this has been in college football. Indiana appears to be on the brink of becoming a new Power 5 powerhouse. The Miami Hurricanes may actually be back, and oh yeah, the Oregon Ducks may finally win the big one.
