Video: Aaron Rodgers Leaves Game, DeShone Kizer in for Packers [UPDATE]

Aaron Rodgers has headed to the locker room in the first half of today’s Packers game against the Lions.According to FOX’s Sarah Kustok, Rodgers is being evaluated for a concussion. He took a huge hit on Green Bay’s first drive and limped off the field at the end of the drive. However, he did play another two series.

DeShone Kizer is in for the Packers.

UPDATE: Rodgers was diagnosed with a concussion and wound up missing the rest of the game. Because it’s very possible the hit where he sustained the head injury came on the first series, it means that he went back in for two more series after the hit before he was evaluated.
