San Diego State's Malik Pope Throws Down Thunderous Dunk During Mountain West Title Game

Malik Pope just submitted his entry in the dunk of the weekend contest and it’s going to be tough to beat. The sophomore forward for San Diego State has always been an insane athlete, so we shouldn’t be surprised when he throws his entire 6-foot-10 frame into a crazy slam.

On this occasion, Pope gathered the ball near his own basket after a steal, the traversed the entire floor in just five dribbles, took off from a step inside the free throw line and absolutely hammered the ball home.
