Martavis Bryant Facing One-Year Suspension for Violating Substance Abuse Policy

By

Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Martavis Bryant faces a one-year suspension for violating the NFL’s substance-abuse policy according to multiple reports. Bryant’s agent confirmed the suspension to DKPittsburghSports.com and told ESPN his client intends to appeal.

Bryant served a four-game suspension last season for multiple marijuana violations. He appeared in 11 games for the Steelers, catching 50 passes and providing a deep threat for Ben Roethlisberger.
