Dwyane Wade is a dangerous help defender near the end of quarters. With time winding down at the end of the first half of Thursday’s Heat – Timberwolves game, Wade left his man and stole the ball from Ricky Rubio. Then the difficult part – spinning around and hitting a 60-foot buzzer-beater.

With the isolation mentality of most teams as the clock winds down, it makes complete sense that teams should run a double team at the guy with the ball. This is not the first time that Wade has turned the other team’s final possession into a bucket for his team. Six years ago he did the same thing against the Bulls and ended up winning the game.
