Troy Tulowitzki launched a home run into the second deck at the Rogers Centre during his second at bat as a member of the Blue Jays. Boom! The Jays won the trade with the Rockies, obviously.

Long term the turf at Rogers might not suit Tulowitzki, but he shouldn’t mind hitting there 81 times a year over the next five seasons.

Let’s see if the Jays have another big trade up their sleeve. Rumors on Wednesday linked them to Tigers’ lefty David Price, but Toronto will need to fend off offers from the Dodgers and Yankees.
