John Dowd Hung Up on Chris Russo After Highly Intellectual Radio Debate on Pete Rose

Pete Rose is back in the news this week — yay! Accordingly Chris “Mad Dog” Russo had John Dowd on as a guest his SiruisXM show. Russo demanded from Dowd, author of the Dowd Report (an investigation on Pete Rose), to answer whether or not he thought Rose bet against his own team. Dowd said it didn’t matter, betting is betting which prompted a lot of yelling and hypotheticals from Russo.

After four and a half minutes Dowd hung up.

Shockingly the Pete Rose controversy wasn’t solved via yelling on sports talk radio. Amazing, right?
