Florida Gators DB J.C. Jackson Arrested For Alleged Armed Robbery

NCAA Football: Under Armour-All America FootballFlorida Gators defensive back J.C. Jackson has been arrested, after being involved an alleged armed robbery. Jackson allegedly showed up to the apartment of acquaintance, was let in to the apartment and let in two men who threatened residents with a handgun and stole cash, marijuana and an Xbox.

Investigators say Jackson entered the apartment with two other male suspects behind him. Once inside, police say Jackson quickly left and one of the two men pulled out a handgun and pointed it at the resident and two of his friends who were visiting.

According to detectives, the suspects made the victims get on the floor where they removed money from the victim’s pockets. The suspects also took the resident’s marijuana and Xbox. The two suspects were seen leaving in a red “Nissan” type car.

Jackson remains in jail on a $150,000 bond. A former four-star recruit, he redshirted the 2014 season after injuring his shoulder.
