The Connecticut Huskies are the 2014 National Champion. They survived an opening game where they were able to force overtime against St. Joseph’s. The Huskies did not wear the white jerseys again until tonight, but it suited them as they led for almost the entire game and held off every Kentucky rally.

Huge win for Kevin Ollie in replacing Jim Calhoun and bringing the program back after a one-year ban from the tournament last year. RA Derek is not going to have a good night in Storrs.
