Melvin Ejim of Iowa State Missed an Easy 2-Handed Dunk Against Notre Dame

Melvin Ejim of Iowa State was ahead of the pack against Notre Dame, took off on two feet from point-blank range for an easy dunk … and just botched it.

It’s almost as if Ejim was thinking dunk, and at the last second thought, nah, let me just lay it in, but his mind and hands didn’t make the connection, and thus he embarrassed himself.

That ACC auto play thing is annoying. BUT! If you watch it you will see that one at the desk is none other than the immortal J.R. Reid. Suffice it to say that it is clear why none of us have seen him in any media capacity based on the performance here.

Great story. I have a soft spot for Western Kentucky. They had watched me for baseball and wanted me to go there. I chose to go DII because I wanted to play Freshman year. I transferred to a DIII school in North Carolina because it was warm even though I started and had a full ride. 4 Neck surgeries later I made a bad choice. Landed wrong for a fly ball but injury was dated back to high school. Should have just went for it.
