I know. Love this weekend. But unless your a compulsive gambler or way to invested in your bracket. Next week is much better.
March 21st, 2013 at 9:12 PM
Mid afternoon were better but watch the late games will be awesome and I have to work tomorrow. Took Mich, VCU, Belmont, and Louisville in seperate bets though.

My wife asked me to fill out her NCAA bracket for her work pool. Printed off pages of efficiency stats, some recent games… did the left draw very methodically and then got too tired and did the right side of the draw in about 2 minutes.
March 21st, 2013 at 9:18 PM
Why? She’d probably do better than all us just picking on her own.
March 21st, 2013 at 9:21 PM
PAC-12 looking strong.
March 21st, 2013 at 9:24 PM
Something up with that VCU/AKR line. Opened at VCU -6.5 and all I’ve been hearing about is how the Zips got the flu did the line has gone up a pt. VCU to win. But maybe not to cover
March 21st, 2013 at 9:25 PM
I would like Cal to win so Syracuse doesn’t have to deal with UNLV and Anthony Bennett. That kid is a beast
March 21st, 2013 at 9:35 PM
Jdeeser 5, nice hits on the MICH and LOU picks. UNDER plays have been on fire today I believe
March 21st, 2013 at 9:39 PM
Ref in the Mizzou-Colorado St game is named Chris Beaver.
March 21st, 2013 at 9:40 PM
All these added links and photos between story and comments are really dragging now the load time. Causing problems n every browser i use
March 21st, 2013 at 9:53 PM
I hope officials are watching how VCU runs their full court press. They do it without grabbing and fouling like Louisville. Maybe they can start calling fouls on Louisville who is mugging players the full length of the court

Ref in the Mizzou-Colorado St game is named Chris Beaver.
The rest of the crew is Brian Van Pelt and Pierre Van Dam.

Pac 12 took a dump on me today. i went against them twice, lost both.
March 21st, 2013 at 10:01 PM
I know J-Mac. We were told the Pac 12 was garbage all year.
March 21st, 2013 at 10:01 PM
cmon JMAC I did a review of your off and def efficiency metrics and saw Oregon was a great value pick.
March 21st, 2013 at 10:03 PM
come on Cal, keep missing FTs!
March 21st, 2013 at 10:04 PM
he makes these 2 and we’ll have some drama … hopefully. if cal keeps missing
March 21st, 2013 at 10:07 PM
ah damn
March 21st, 2013 at 10:07 PM
Crap. Didn’t have them going far but though UNLV could make a little run
March 21st, 2013 at 10:09 PM
The one time fouling before 3 pt attempts work that I can remember.
March 21st, 2013 at 10:11 PM
Man, nice of Missouri to show up so far. Nice of ex UConn products to not do nothing. Love it.
March 21st, 2013 at 10:17 PM
good luck in all your bets tonight, double down strong tomorrow
March 21st, 2013 at 10:25 PM
New mexico looks like hot garbage
March 21st, 2013 at 10:29 PM
A.P. saw your comment on the other post. Not good. Only city in Litchfield County and the town I live in is 10 minutes away. We are all just small towns except them and we are getting the garbage now.
March 21st, 2013 at 10:39 PM
Only the late games left and my 13 year old daughter is 11 for 12 so far. Tied for first in the money pool we have brackets in.
March 21st, 2013 at 10:43 PM
Pretty sure the same thing was said a year ago today and then the Friday games (#2 Duke losing among many others) blew things up. Hoping for a repeat tomorrow.
March 21st, 2013 at 10:52 PM
Deeser, i had friends that used to live n torrington a while back. Im familiar with the town
March 21st, 2013 at 10:52 PM
The New Mexico v Harvard game has potential of being pretty good.
March 21st, 2013 at 10:55 PM
wasn;t it that harvard sports analysis thing from the ru that said more upsets happen fridays?
2-0 today, st. louis and marqutte ML
March 21st, 2013 at 10:55 PM
These four days are so great.
March 21st, 2013 at 10:55 PM
Man I’d love Shaka to take over for Roy once he hangs it up. I doubt the geezer higher ups would be up for it though.
March 21st, 2013 at 11:00 PM

hey you heels snob. shaka turned down illinois, so why would he work for nc?
/barely contains laughter
March 21st, 2013 at 11:04 PM
A.P. really? Towns around it are awesome but you have a town with nothing to do unless you are of age. The small towns have everything.
March 21st, 2013 at 11:05 PM
Good thing you still have Bill Self then.
March 21st, 2013 at 11:07 PM
Syracuse just dominating Montana, suck it, NCAA!
March 21st, 2013 at 11:08 PM
Maybe shaka is happy at vcu and doesn’t feel the need to go to a major conference school. VCU is actually a huge school, numbers wise
March 21st, 2013 at 11:09 PM
Good thing you still have Bill Self then.
bruce weber took them further
March 21st, 2013 at 11:10 PM
/with self’s kids
March 21st, 2013 at 11:11 PM
Could see that coming A.P. Same thing use to happen to UConn till they nailed them with the graduation rate from a team that had Kemba as a freshman.
March 21st, 2013 at 11:11 PM
VCU has 72 points…with 11 minutes to go in the game. Akron is garbage
March 21st, 2013 at 11:12 PM
VCU has 72 points…
at least someone broke 70 today
March 21st, 2013 at 11:12 PM
Deeser, reports have been swirling around syracuse for 5+ years but NCAA has never found enough to d anything. I just think they are blowing smoke up peoples butts right now.
March 21st, 2013 at 11:17 PM
I agree A.P. Not a Cuse fan but they are after some Big East members. Calhoun wasn’t clean but no way was the graduation rate his fault. Cuse even agreed with the fact that it was an absurd penalty.
March 21st, 2013 at 11:24 PM
Im sorry, but the ballhandler should have enough space to move their arms. Players are leaning in just to get hit with an elbow and draw a flagrant foul. Guyas have no room to move their arms
March 21st, 2013 at 11:25 PM
College basketball is officiated ooorly because the rulebook is so messed up. They need to overhaul it and stop some of this legal mugging that is allowed
March 21st, 2013 at 11:27 PM
Just listening to JMac’s latest podcast with Dan Wetzel. best one of the 4 he has recorded so far. jason asks good questions and keeps the interview flowing.

March 22nd, 2013 at 12:01 AM
It’s really fun to see these kind of things after you know what happens.
March 22nd, 2013 at 12:04 AM
Syracuse up 53-17 in 2nd half.
March 22nd, 2013 at 12:19 AM
harvard sticking it to an all-time douche who just got a 10-year extension
March 22nd, 2013 at 12:21 AM

March 22nd, 2013 at 12:23 AM
The West bracket is a travesty.
March 22nd, 2013 at 12:23 AM
Brackets go boom for many people. MWC is 1-3 so far. Good job, guys. Congrats to Harvard
