LeBron and the Heat Come Back From 27 Down in Cleveland, Streak Extends to 24
In dramatic yet somehow predictable fashion, the Miami Heat escaped Cleveland with a 98-95 win Wednesday night after being down a ridiculous 27 points. The absurd bull rush in the second half was of course led by LeBron James, who naturally finished with a triple double: 25 points, 12 rebounds, 10 assists. Oh, and he also had three steals.
This man is a human wrecking ball that’s been unfairly awarded use of the turbo controller. It’s rather difficult to see the enjoyable carnage coming to an end any time soon unless a team signs Dikembe Mutombo for the sole purpose of making LeBron laugh during games.
On top of the least stunning 27-point comeback you’ll ever see, there was also a leaky ceiling that caused a 45-minute delay to tip-off and a desperate fan that rushed the court wearing a humorously pathetic “2014 Come Back” t-shirt.
Up next for the Heat are the Pistons in South Beach on Friday and another home game against the Bobcats on Sunday, which really equates to a relaxing weekend of March Madness to take in for this well deserving bunch.
