Near Double-Knockout at Midwest Championship Fighting [Video]
OK. So maybe double-knockouts are less like double-rainbows and more like buzzer-beaters. There are cameras everywhere so we’re going to see 10-20 a night. The co-concussed fighters are Kerwin Sherrill and Derek Thompson during a fight that should have been stopped at MCF6 last weekend. Both guys kind of recover so the fight wasn’t stopped, but luckily it only lasted a few extra seconds.
Because I honestly don’t know when I’ll have another chance and I passed up the opportunity twice already, here is the granddaddy of the double-knockout. The referee for the fight was UFC veteran Shonie Carter and his reaction said it all.
