LeBron Dunked on Jason Terry and OH MY GOODNESS
LeBron. Jason Terry. Boom. And we’ve got a new “Dunk of the Year” candidate. If the Heat rally from this huge 16-point deficit to win, the dunk will be remembered; if Boston wins and Miami’s 22-game win streak ends, this thunderous dunk will be but a footnote.
So … more impressive than what DeAndre Jordan did to Brandon Knight?
You could almost hear the Boston bench screaming, “GET OUT OF THE WAY OF THE TRAIN!” But no, Terry decided to try and play defense. A valiant effort.

I love power dunks so much more than the fancy shit.
Also, I love the fact that this was at Boston so you could get the stunned silence afterwards rather than everyone screaming/jumping up and down like crazy.

And then LBJ got a T for the staredown.

Oh good, another week of “LeBron Dunk Contest” talk.

2 points for the dunk, net zero play due to the technical?
/BFD
March 18th, 2013 at 9:58 PM
And-1, and tech is only one free throw, so I’m confused.

Jeff green, a one man wrecking crew in the lane.

Lebron cant believe he actually gets called for fouls. Classic

* – fixed

Jeff green with 38 points through 3 quarters. Insane

Well. Fun while it lasted. Heat take the lead, turn out the lights. They are breaking that record for sure.
March 18th, 2013 at 10:44 PM
Well now they take the lead. I dnt want brandon bass taking crucial shots
March 18th, 2013 at 10:53 PM
Watched the 2nd half after I heard Boston was up. LeBron and the Heat are just too damn good. Ridiculous. Is Boston really that lousy at defense or are the Heat really that unstoppable when they want to be?
/Most NBA I’ve watched in one night all year.
March 18th, 2013 at 10:53 PM
I dont follow the NBA closely but is there any reason to even hold the NBA playoffs? Its going to be like in Jordans peak–James’ teams will win for as long as he decides to play.
I would hate to be in Kevin Durrant’s shoes. Nothing he can do.

Im not happy with the loss but i feel confident about the Celtics who played this well without Garnett. Exposed many of miami’s defensive holes
March 18th, 2013 at 10:53 PM
They aint stopping him when it counts, A.P. No fing way.
March 18th, 2013 at 10:54 PM
Game over. MIA streak up to 23 games
March 18th, 2013 at 10:55 PM
And Corey Perry re-signs with the Ducks. Fuck.
March 18th, 2013 at 10:58 PM
Tncowboy, not saying celtics can beat the heat n a series but they can push it to 7 just like last year.
March 18th, 2013 at 10:58 PM
Gotta love Boston fans. The Celtics championship window closed on July 8, 2010 and they still havent realized it.
March 18th, 2013 at 11:01 PM
I havent expected them to win a title the past 3 seasons. I know miami is the best team but am happy to see boston still competing and pushng miami to the limit
March 18th, 2013 at 11:08 PM
Fair enough. I think a lot of the Heat players hate playing in Boston, Wade in particular.
March 18th, 2013 at 11:10 PM
Wade hates it because his flopping gets magnified
March 18th, 2013 at 11:16 PM
Granted, Boston seems to be the only team remotely interested in trying to beat them. Yes, OKC included and I am speaking from an intensity point of view.
March 18th, 2013 at 11:17 PM
I thought you lived in NY, A.P.? Syracuse fan and Celtic fan seems odd.
March 18th, 2013 at 11:33 PM
Cowboy, was born in massachusetts. Always been a celtics and redsox fan

In the playoffs, you won’t catch Miami on the second night of a back-2-back, 5th game in 7 nights, at the Garden. They didn’t have it for much of the night. But as always, they found it when it counted.
March 19th, 2013 at 12:54 AM
Born in TN and always been fans of the same.
/Shrug shoulders. Gotta pick someone living in a college town.
//also like Cowboys.

He was fouled on the dunk. If he made the FT, then it was net +2 on the play.
