My wife knows what I like and what I don’t like. She makes the sandwich accordingly. And she does a damn fine job.

I’m assuming sandwich means something else, but when speaking about actual sandwiches, I think everyone needs to watch the Good Eats episode on how to build a sandwich. Very useful.
