Marshall Henderson did as he said he would, delivering for Ole Miss with 21 points and 5 rebounds and shooting 5-for-8 in the second half as Ole Miss beat Florida, 66-63. The Gators had a chance to send it to overtime at the buzzer with an off-balance three, but it was not to be. The Rebels are SEC Champs for the first time in 32 hapless hooping years. Considering it’s St. Patrick’s Day, they would be wise to put an industrial strength leash on the excitable Marshall Henderson for the remainder of the afternoon and well into the evening.
