Marshall Henderson helped Ole Miss become SEC champions in hoops for the first time in 32 years with 21 points and 5 rebounds on Sunday afternoon. Shortly after the victory, I suggested that perhaps fastening the excitable guard to an industrial strength leash might be a wise idea given the lofty accomplishment and festive holiday at hand. Thankfully, it appears Rebels linebacker Denzel Nkemdiche is doing just that, serving as lead sitter and keeping a watchful eye on Marshall. Nothing to see here, other than a “sleepy” Henderson possibly reenacting the promo shot for Weekend at Bernie’s.
