Random Fun Fact: SLU is the oldest university west of the Mississippi River.
Tournament History/Most Recent: This will be the Billikens 8th tournament appearance, and they have had good luck in the (distant) past – reaching Sweet 16s in 1952 and 1957, and making it to the Elite 8 in 1952. They beat Memphis in the 8-9 game last year before losing to Michigan State in the Round of 32.
Good Wins/Bad Losses: Saint Louis has wins over VCU (twice), Butler, New Mexico. Their worst losses were home losses to Rhode Island and an underrated Santa Clara team.

Four players average more than 10ppg, and 3 players average more than 2.5 apg. They are also ranked as the 32nd most experienced team according to KenPom.com.
