During Wednesday’s Duke – North Carolina lacrosse meeting, Duke’s Chris Hipps took a big swing with his lax stick and struck UNC’s Jimmy Bitter in the groin area. Brah, that was so not chill, bro. #17 Duke beat #8 North Carolina, 11-8. When reached for comment, Jimmy Bitter probably vomited.

I don’t even need to see the video to know. Even with all the nut shots I’ve taken in my time on Earth, I’d take all of them at once vs. a lacrosse stick swung like a baseball bat. That probably takes a long time to heal.

Not even sure. I used to have a stick and fucked around throwing the ball around with my brother and friends. But we never played it organized in a league so my knowledge of the rules is non-existent.

Yes, UNC to play MIA for the ACC title tomorrow. What the hell was Aronhalt chucking up that airball from beyond the arc at the end of that game? Seems as though MD could have found a better open look than that. Betcha other MD players will be none too pleased with that shot.

Nah, I backed off CBB about a month ago, was starting to lose some money, so I decided to quite while I was ahead. CBB betting is a lot different that college football fore sure.
My dad’s from NC, we grew up being UNC fans since the early 80′s. The team this year is in transition, don’t think they can get past Sweet 16, but I’d love to see them defy the odds.

In ice hockey, that’s called a “match penalty” which gets the offender ejected, suspended pending a hearing, and the offending team shorthanded for five minutes (like a major, they stay shorthanded even if the other team scores). WTF lacrosse?
