Rumor: Jenn Brown Already Has a New Job [UPDATE: Confirmed]

Jenn Brown, the sideline reporter who recently left ESPN, is rumored to be landing at the G4 channel as a sideline reporter, and will also work on the NBC Show American Ninja Warrior, according to a source.

[UPDATE: Brown's agent has confirmed Brown's job.]

Phone tag with Brown’s LA-based agent was futile this week, so I’m unable to confirm this. So put it in the “rumor” category – you know, like the Heidi Watney “rumor” from last summer that came true a few weeks later.

G4 channel is being rebranded as the Esquire channel in April. If you’re wondering what American Ninja Warrior is, find out this summer when the new season airs!

Sideline reporter for what? I don’t think they have any rights to major sports.
I wish they would bring back that robot fighting show from back in the days. That was awesome. Maybe Ms. Fivehead there could talk to nervous teenage “engineers” about their robot’s skills.

You know what makes it even better? I live just south of Lovers, a block from Greenville. I don’t even have to find a place to park tomorrow morning.
I in fact plan to be on my patio with a coffee laced with scotch no later than 8am while I watch poor schmucks from other parts of the city trudge along with their wheeled coolers and their folding chairs.

Mark Cuban cut another check this year. Angela Hunt, our council member, really just needs to give him a blowjob already. The parade brings 200,000 people to this part of Dallas and the bars all make crazy bank just because this parade happens.

St Pats doesn’t seem like a good holiday for kids. There’s a small parade around here we might go to if weather is decent, which doesn’t look likely. Fuck I’m ready for spring.

No…Wipeout is the American version of MXC. The Japanese (original) version is just called Ninja Warrior. Just people going through an obstacle course.
MXC = Great American Show that’s just a dubbed over version of Takeshi’s Castle, but with stupid dubbing. Hilarious english words on top of ridiculous Japanese stupidity and stunts.
Just like wipeout.
Ninja Warrior – Super great, basically impossible obstacle course run by 25 Japanese Celebrities, 25 borderline retards, and 50 Japanese people looking for immortality and finding only shameful defeat.
A great sports show. Honestly. Just awesome. Start watching at the beginning, and watch for weeks (which would cover years and years). Olympic Gymnasts fall by the wayside in this obstacle course.
American Ninja Warrior – Straight doodoo, but the winners get to fail at Mt Midoriyama in the big leagues.
