Michigan Will Join Adidas’ Zubaz Army Against Wisconsin
Michigan fans have been bracing for impact since these uniforms were unveiled. The day has come. The Wolverines will go to battle against Wisconsin wearing blue zubaz.
It seems Michigan tried to rein these in a bit. The deep blue deadens the impact. No one will be blinded by the numbers. No sleeves. Hopefully, the “maize” version of these we presume Michigan rejected never sees the light of day.
Michigan is referring to these as “camouflage.” Apparently, the plan is to blend in with some mid 1990s surfers.

I was really hoping this would be a sponsored post.

I can’t wait until the Adidas contract with Michigan is up in a couple years.

Someone needs to stop Adidas, soon.

These are not as bad as I had feared. Still ugly, though.

Solid line.

So they can re-up? Adidas pays Mich a fuck load. I think it’s the most lucrative deal of its kind in college sports.

It’s something like $7.5 million a year. I believe there’s a clause somewhere in there that also ensure Michigan will be the highest paid school Adidas sponsors also.

Same with TN. They won’t be going Nike when their contract with Adidas is up. Treat them too well, lots of money etc. Pretty strong relationship from what higher ups say

Personally, I can’t get enough of these Zubaz posts. I’m hoping we get a new one for all of the 388 Division I teams, right as each of them roll off the assembly line.

is the M-Den offering the shorts for sale? Those would be nice, provided they are not trying to get $60.00 for them.
