Wes Welker Is In “Serious Talks” With Denver, According to Adam Schefter
Wes Welker could be moving from Tom Brady to Peyton Manning, as Adam Schefter is reporting that the Broncos are in “serious talks” with Welker and trying to reach a decision today. New England was not willing to meet Wes Welker on a long term deal. If Denver adds Welker, the Broncos definitively become the best receiving trio in the league. Demaryius Thomas and Eric Decker on the outside, with Wes Welker in the slot? Peyton Manning is going to be loving old age. The signing of Manning last year was a win now move in a three year window anyway, so might as well get Welker for the same window. We shall see shortly if the Brady vs. Manning debates become personal for Wes Welker’s wife on Facebook.

Marvin Harrison’s record of 143 receptions in a season would definitely be in jeopardy. Welker could average 10 catches a game.

Isn’t Eric Decker just a poor man’s version of Wes Welker?
March 13th, 2013 at 3:22 PM
Decker = 6’3″, 218
Welker = 5’9″, 185

I just don’t want anyone saying Welker wasn’t warned when Peyton does to him what he did to Austin Collie.

Welker chokes in big spots. Perfect for Pick-6 Pey-Pey.

what did you just say?

So I stupidly tried to click on one of those “Around the Web” links that had a hot chick in the picture and my computer now has AIDS. Good addition to the site.

Did he fix his limp dick arm this offseason?

Peyton Manning should definitely not have made one of the worst plays by a defensive back in NFL playoff history last year. What a loser.

Cuse and Hall playing the 2nd half like the 1st.

Decker, Stokley and Welker. Three white WRs on one team. Gotta be a NFL record.

This couldn’t have been a serious comment. Far different skill sets and I’d take Decker over Wes on my team any day.

Perfect for Pick-6 Pey-Pey.
There’s a QB named Pepe?
March 13th, 2013 at 3:54 PM
I’ll accept “Rey-Rey” or “Ray-Ray” for Rey Mysterio or Ray Allen or Ray Wersching. But “Pey-Pey” will not ever happen under any circumstances.

Sorry, that title will always belong to one Francis Albert Sinatra of Hoboken, N.J.

Pepe Romero is like the Manning/Brady of classical guitarists.

It’s probably still in the Matt Ryan category.

49ers have signed Glenn Dorsey

Thereby freeing up a pick for the Chiefs to waste on another LSU DL.

Then he’ll be fine.

Is Montgomery any good. I remember him being good in the games I saw, but it seems like he’s falling fast. If he’s at 30 when ATL is up I could see them going in that direction.
March 13th, 2013 at 4:41 PM
He looked good in the games I saw this year, but there’s got to be a reason he’s dropped out of the first round of pretty much every mock draft.
Of course, I thought Dorsey would be an NFL stud. I did accurately predict “WTF?” when Jackson went in the first round, though.
I’m thinking Mingo will do much better than Montgomery in the NFL.

Didn’t realize Decker was that big. My mistake. Yeah, I’m raycess.
