he was thought to be the top 2 CB when he signed with PHI. Then he sucked and his rating dropped considerably, he’s probably properly rated these days.

I could have sworn that in that first year, the Eagles moved him out of his natural position and turned him into some sort of hybrid DB/”rover” type, and it went about as well as you’d expect. last year he just kind of lost a step. I’d still sign him, depending on the price.
