I saw on reddit the other day a picture of two South Korean guards inside one of the buildings. Whenever they open the door to the North side of the buildings, the guy holding the door holds the hand of a second guard who holds onto the nearest wall corner. The reason they do this is in case a North Korean guard is on the other side of the door and tries to pull the South Korea guard across the threshold.
