Late to the party here. I didnt even check the scores for the late games last nite and saw that the Canes lost to GT at the buzzer. Wow. So much for me thinking they deserves a 1 seed.
Still think they have what it takes to go deep in the tourney. Great backcourt and big buys underneath as well as some perimeter play by Kadji.
Having said that, how about them Heels on a 6-game win streak? Sill don’t think they have enough to get past a Sweet 16 spot, but they have played better of late. Paige has quietly been playing better at the point, making his shots and getting better with the passing. Was spoiled with Marshall last year.
