Dennis Rodman’s Diplomatic Mission to North Korea Resulted in New Nuclear Threats

Dennis Rodman visited North Korea recently and hung out with that country’s quirky leader, Kim Jong Un. Upon Rodman’s return home, he began giving interviews wearing ridiculous outfits and proclaiming that the Korean leader is a really “good guy” who is misunderstood.

It hasn’t even been a week since Rodman partied in North Korea, and now the country is tossing around the nuclear word again:

North Korea “will exercise the right to a preemptive nuclear attack to destroy the strongholds of the aggressors and to defend the supreme interests of the country,” according to a Foreign Ministry statement carried by the official Korean Central News Agency. It warned the UN “not to make another big blunder.”

It really is unfortunate the Worm’s peacekeeping efforts were a failure. Rodman would have fit right in at the UN. [via Bloomberg]

In all seriousness, i dont think Kim Jong Un is calling the shots. It has to be the longtime military leaders still around from Kim Jong Il’s regime.

Un and his wife are very modern. You see her sporting more modern fashions and luxuries. I have this feeling North Korea could improve if they got rid of all the old school military guys. Let’s get those citizens fed and treated like humans

I read somewhere that this jokes father spent $800,000 a year on Hennesey while most of the countries citizens are impoverished and the others are in prison camps. I think that is why Rodman thinks he is a good guy.

Used to party at D-Rod’s house in Newport “after hours” he had a 300 lb samoan dude at the gate checking ID’s at 2 in the morning. He owned a club called Josh Slocum’s on restaurant row in newport/balboa. Would role in and pop 20 bottles of Cuvee and pour all the chicks multiple glasses…dude was a good guy, but had a lot of d-bag enablers/hangers on.
