Kobe Bryant Tweeted About the Wedding Crashers, and Some People Are Bound to Make This About Dwight Howard

Kobe Bryant, who is definitely winning the battle against Father Time, had another valiant effort Tuesday in defeat: 30 points in 39 minutes. Bryant, who turns 35 in August, continues to have an amazing season: 27.4 ppg (3rd in the NBA), 47 percent shooting (best in his career), 33.7 percent on 3-pointers (best since 2009), and 5.5 assists per game (best since 2005). He shook off an early injury that initially looked quite bad, and did what many expect of their sports heroes: Play through the pain. Then, he tweeted this:

Naturally, some folks are sure to make this about Dwight Howard, who had another pedestrian effort for LA – 1-of-7 shooting, six points, 16 rebounds, zero blocks, and he fouled out in 37 minutes.

And back under .500 they go, 2.5 games back of Utah, and three behind Houston in the West.

Thank you, Mole. It was an entertaining first 30 minutes and then VINCE VAUGHN and that guy that tried to kill himself over and over again for like eight more hours.

I thought the movie was a party but all I got was a 3 minute montage followed by 90 minutes of chick flick.

Well Peter, the whole move can’t be a chalk full of win. The jerked off under the table dinner scene is hysterical, even the 17 year old in me would have laughed.

Wedding Crashers is neither a terrible movie, nor a great movie. Definitely some laughs to be found, but nearly the classic some have tried to elevate it to…nor it is as bad as Mole apparently believes.

For about the first hour, Wedding Crashers is pretty funny – a few too many “Vince Vaughn”-heavy scenes, but still had some solid moments. The last 45 minutes have really only one redeemable scene (will Ferrell cameo).
There are some pretty solid quotes that come out of the movie as a whole, though. It’s rewatchable enough on cable.
