It’s hard to defend a 6’10″ guy shooting 3′s unless you have a tall guy who’s comfortable defending on the perimeter, which most teams do not. There’s a reason Steve Novak has managed to stick in the NBA.

Miami lost by 3 to Duke on the road in a game where they had to play without Reggie Johnson for almost the entire second half. They’d beat Duke more often than not at home or the road, but damn, losing to Duke at Cameron isn’t exactly a crime.

Reggie Johnson pretty much cost Miami the game.

Duke probably has just as much of a chance as anyone in a down year but once again they rely too much on threes. They can still get a 1 but I think they lose to UNC.

Seriously, how do you let someone who’s been out of the game for the last 8 weeks come in and get 35+ points??? I’m surprised Duke didn’t cover the spread as well. MIA is a better team, should not have lost this game.

I wached the first 10 minutes and MIA was playing well, driving into the paint and getting some buckets. I thought they rushed a few 3pts early on. Then my Dad and I spent the next hour and a half watching the last 2 episodes of Justified. So some good time spent here.

I knew as soon as I turned it back to live TV, somehow Duke would be leading and of course they were. By 7. There’s no reason Kelly should have had the nite he did unless MIA forgot to cover him. As soon as he got his first 3-4 buckets I would have had a guy bang him hard several times. That’s common sense,he hasn’t run the floor in real game time for 8 weeks!

Now all the talking heads will be asking for Duke to be a no. 1 seed. Even Dickie vitale was showing his dookie blue when he cried for MIA to fouls with a 54 secs to play and a 1 possession game. WTF?!? Does this guy still know bball or is his dookie blue slip showing. Get the fock outta her Dickie V.
